A third generation real estate broker, Dustin grew up surrounded by the real estate market realities of day to day life and absorbed how to make every step of a transaction happen for clients. As a University of Oregon Business School graduate, he has a current understanding of urban planning, water usage and treatment, architecture, and waste management - a broad knowledge base that contributes to Dustin's exceptionally high level of customer service. Prior to becoming a real estate broker, he served seven seasons in wildland fire fighting - a job that carries with it a high degree of responsibility which he has carried over into his real estate profession. Dustin finds great value in contributing to the process of making others happy by getting a job done right, building lasting client relationships that build over time.

A second-generation realtor, born and raised in Oregon, Freeman has lived in Yachats, Eugene, and Portland. He has designed and built his own home, giving him a wealth of construction knowledge which can be a great advantage to his clients when buying or selling their home. Having decades of business experience and having been a mentor in Eugene's Regional Accelerator & Innovation Network, he also is experienced in coaching and mentoring people through big life decisions - something that translates well into real estate.
